Hankinnan kohteena on Kevan omistamien toimitilojen ja asuntojen vuokraukseen ja markkinointiin käytettävien kokonaan uusien verkkosivustojen suunnittelu ja toteutus sekä verkkosivustojen ylläpito- ja tukipalvelut. Verkkosivustot toteutetaan Wordpress -julkaisualustalle Gutenberg-editoria hyödyntäen siten, että toimitiloille ja asunnoille tulee molemmille omat sivustot.
