What Licitop is
Licitop is a free search engine for European public-procurement notices. We aggregate notices published by official sources, including TED — the Publications Office of the European Union (data reused under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU, with attribution).
We are not the official record
Licitop is a discovery service. Every tender page links to the official notice, and only the official source is legally authoritative. Always verify deadlines, requirements and documents on the official portal before acting. We accept no liability for decisions based on the information shown here.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep data fresh, complete and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it, nor uninterrupted availability of the service.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service (for example by scraping at disruptive rates, attempting to breach security, or misrepresenting Licitop as an official body). Automated access at reasonable rates for lawful purposes is tolerated.
Intellectual property
Notice content belongs to its publishers and is reused under open-data terms. The Licitop name, logo, design and software are property of the operator.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
