Privacy policy

Who we are
Licitop.eu is operated privately from Barcelona, Spain. Contact: hello@licitop.eu. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we process when you browse
Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) for security and error diagnosis. They are kept for a limited time and are not used to profile you. We use a strictly necessary session cookie to make the site work; it is not used for tracking.
Personal data inside tender notices
Tender notices are official public documents and may legally include the names and contact details of public-body staff. We display them exactly as published by the official source and never enrich or profile individuals. If you are affected and want data removed, write to hello@licitop.eu and we will handle your request under Article 17 GDPR.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the site is used, in aggregate form only. It runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer.
Advertising
We plan to fund the site with advertising (Google AdSense). Before any advertising cookies or personalised ads are used, you will be asked for consent through a certified consent banner (IAB TCF). Beyond consent-based analytics, no other third-party services run on this site today.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing, by writing to hello@licitop.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
Changes
We will update this policy as the service evolves (for example when user accounts or advertising launch) and indicate the date of the latest revision above.
