1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi polegające na koszeniu zieleni w pasie drogowym - traw na poboczach, skarpach, przeciwskarpach rowów, cięciu krzewów żywopłotowych – na terenie Gminy Bytom w roku 2026, z podziałem na 7 części, tj.: 1) Część nr 1: „Koszenie zieleni na terenie Gminy Bytom – Rejon nr I: Szlaki” 2) Część nr 2: „Koszenie zieleni na terenie Gminy Bytom – Rejon nr II: Rozbark, Łagiewniki” 3) Część nr 3: „Koszenie zieleni na terenie Gminy Bytom – Rejon nr III: Centrum” 4) Część nr 4: „Koszenie zieleni na terenie Gminy Bytom – Rejon nr IV: Miechowice” 5) Część nr 5: „Koszenie zieleni na terenie Gminy Bytom – Rejon nr V: Karb, Bobrek, Szombierki” 6) Część nr 6: „Koszenie zieleni na terenie Gminy Bytom – Rejon nr VI: Sucha Góra, Stroszek” 7) Część nr 7: „Koszenie zieleni na terenie Gminy Bytom – Rejon nr VII: Stolarzowice, Górniki”. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymagania Zamawiającego względem przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w (dotyczy części nr 1÷7): 1) Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ: Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dotyczy części nr 1÷7), 2) Załączniku nr 4 do SWZ: Wzór umowy (dotyczy części nr 1÷7).
