Description

1) Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 ze zm. – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, zagospodarowania lasu do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Daleszyce w roku 2026 w leśnictwach Sieraków i Trzemosna. 2) Zamówienie podzielone jest na 2 części (pakiety). 3) Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje sumaryczne ilości prac z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna, zagospodarowania lasu, wynikające z Załącznika nr 2 do SWZ.
