Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie pełnej wielobranżowej dokumentacji budowlano-technicznej, wykonawczej oraz kosztorysowej (kosztorysy, przedmiary i STWiOR) w zakresie budowlano-architektonicznym, konstrukcyjnym, instalacji elektrycznych i teletechnicznych, sanitarnych, konserwatorskich dla całościowej modernizacji i remontu budynku Głównej Biblioteki Lekarskiej. W zakres zamówienia wchodzą również wskazane w OPZ opracowania towarzyszące i uzgodnienia oraz pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej OPZ lub SoPZ), zawierający opis minimalnych wymagań w danej części stanowi załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Zamówienie musi być zrealizowane w całości zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w SWZ, OPZ oraz projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (dalej: PPU), które stanowią załączniki do SWZ.
