1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa paliwa gazowego wraz z usługą dystrybucji paliwa gazowego, to jest gazu wysokometanowego o symbolu E do punktów poboru gazu jednostek organizacyjnych gminy Wrocław i innych podmiotów na potrzeby wspólnego zamówienia prowadzonego na podstawie art. 38 ust.1 ustawy Pzp. 2.
