De aanbestedingsprocedure betreft een Opdracht voor het leveren en plaatsen van PV-installaties in veldopstellingen op drie terreinen in de Noordkop van Noord-Holland: RWZI Den Helder, voormalig baggerdepot Oostoever, Balgzand (optioneel). Door de nabijheid van het militaire vliegveld Kooijmeer mogen er op alle locaties alleen glasloze kunststof pv-panelen geleverd worden om te voorkomen dat het vliegverkeer hinder ondervindt van eventuele schittering van de panelen. De specificaties die Aanbesteder aan deze panelen stelt zijn in de Werkomschrijving opgenomen.
