De aanbestedingsprocedure betreft een Opdracht voor het leveren en plaatsen van PV-installaties in veldopstellingen op drie terreinen in de Noordkop van Noord-Holland: RWZI Den Helder, voormalig baggerdepot Oostoever, Balgzand (optioneel). Door de nabijheid van het militaire vliegveld Kooijmeer mogen er op alle locaties alleen glasloze kunststof pv-panelen geleverd worden om te voorkomen dat het vliegverkeer hinder ondervindt van eventuele schittering van de panelen. De specificaties die Aanbesteder aan deze panelen stelt zijn in de Werkomschrijving opgenomen. Het aanbieden van panelen die hieraan niet voldoen leidt tot uitsluiting van deelname aan de aanbestedingsprocedure Zie de inschrijvingsleidraad.
