Deze Europese niet-openbare aanbesteding betreft een raamovereenkomst verdeeld in 4 percelen met betrekking tot Elektrotechnisch en Werktuigbouwkundig onderhoud voor gemeentelijk vastgoed. De opdracht omvat op hoofdlijnen o.a: E-installaties • NEN 3140 • Verlichting • Noodverlichting • Brandmeldinstallaties • CO/LGP-installaties • Toegangscontrole • Beveiliging W-installaties • Verwarmingsinstallaties • Luchtbehandeling • Koeling • Sanitair • Regeltechniek Daarnaast aangeven: • Preventief onderhoud; • Correctief (storings-)onderhoud 24/7; • Planmatig onderhoud; • Technisch beheer (o.a. MJOP, assetbeheer); • Optioneel: projecten, mutaties en verduurzaming.
