Vaistai ir medicininės paskirties priemonės - perkami įvairūs vaistai ir medicininės paskirties priemonės. Sutartis galioja 12 mėnesių ir gali būti pratęsta 1 kartą 12 mėnesių. Sutarties prątęsimo atveju maksimalūs Sutarties objekto kiekiai yra skaičiuojami iš naujo. Pirkimo dalių vertė (biudžetas) be PVM yra viešinama ir nurodyta prie konkrečių pirkimo dalių skelbime apie pirkimą. Pirkimo dalių vertė be PVM nurodyta 24 mėn. laikotarpiui.
