Η ενίσχυση της ΔΑΠΕ μέσω αγοράς υπηρεσιών από εταιρεία η οποία θα παρέχει υπηρεσίες μέσω επτά (7) εμπειρογνωμόνων, για την ταχύτερη και αποτελεσματικότερη διεκπεραίωση των εκκρεμούντων αιτήσεων για πολιτογράφηση και εγγραφή καθώς και των προσφυγών που προκύπτουν.
