L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs. La date de début de marché indiquée dans le présent avis est uniquement prévisionnelle. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée allant de sa date de notification, jusqu'au 13/07/2026 inclus. Puis reconductible 3 fois 1 an. Le montant indiqué est estimatif et comprend la totalité des périodes de reconduction
