Die Stadt Konstanz schreibt den physischen Postversand im Rahmen eines europaweiten Vergabeverfahrens aus. Die vergabegegenständlichen Leistungen wurden in drei Losen ausgeschrieben: - Los 1: Physischer Postversand Abholung (Physischer Postausgang), Frankierung, Beförderung und physische Zustellung von Postsendungen bis 2000 Gramm (gewöhnliche Briefsendungen national und international, Einschreibesendungen) - Los 2: Physischer Postzustellungsauftrag Physische Abholung, Frankierung, Beförderung und Zustellung von Briefen mit Postzustellungsurkunde (PZU) - Los 3: Physischer Päckchen- und Paketversand Physische Abholung, Frankierung, Beförderung und Zustellung von Päckchen- und Paketversand bis 31,5 kg.
