Mit diesem Vergabeverfahren beabsichtigt das GZO die Beschaffung eines Patientenportals (nachfolgend auch: „PP“ oder „Patientenportal“) als Gesamtsystem (ggf. bestehend aus verschiedenen Modulen) inklusive Implementierungs- und Systemservicedienstleistungen. Mit der Einführung des Patientenportals soll eine Verbesserung der Effektivität und Effizienz aller Aufnahme- und Behandlungs-Prozesse erreicht werden. Mit Projektabschluss soll der Patient in die klinischen Prozesse involviert sein und Arbeitsschritte sowie Entscheidungen qualifiziert unterstützen.
