Das Projekt umfasst einen 2-3-geschossigen Schulneubau einschl. Mensa. Das Schulgebäude besteht aus 3 einzelnen "Schulhäusern", die durch eine gemeinsame "Schulstraße" über alle Ebenen miteinander verbunden sind. Die Gesamt-Bruttogeschossfläche des Neubaus beträgt ca. 9.735 m² BGF. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage der Heizungs- und Kältetechnik für Schule und Mensa.
