Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Neubau eines Ganztags- und Grundschulgebäudes in der Gemeinde Handewitt, SH. Der Neubau ist eine Erweiterung des Standortes und befindet sich auf dem Grundstück der Siegfried-Lenz-Schule. Jeder Jahrgang der Grundschule erhält eines der vier "Lernhäuser", mit einem eigenen Eingang und einer großzügige Garderobe. Der Eingangsbereich schließt an das sogenannte Forum an, dem zentralen Raum eines jeden Lernhauses. Vier gleich große Unterrichtsräume grenzen an das Forum an. Sie werden, wie auch die Garderobe, mit zum Teil großflächigen Verglasungen zum Forum abgetrennt. Die Räume für das Ganztagsangebot, für Inklusion, für Schulsozialarbeit und für das pädagogische Personal werden überwiegend den einzelnen Lernhäusern zugeordnet oder befinden sich, wie die allgemeinen Funktionsflächen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der zentralen Aula.
