Die Stadt Heitersheim errichtet am nördlichen Stadtrand ein neues Feuerwehrgebäude und ein neues Bauhofgebäude. Das Ensemble in Massivbauweise wird durch 2 Stahl-Industrie-Hallen (Bauhof-Fahrzeuge und Kaltlager) ergänzt. Der Ablauf erfolgt abschnittsweise (s. KEV 116.1): Bauhof, Feuerwehr und dann Industriehallen. Die hier ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst die beiden Industriehallen Fahrzeughalle Bauhof und Kaltlager. Die Leistungen Erd- und Rohbau für die Hallen werden nach Angabe des AN Industriehallen bauseits ausgeführt. Bauhof Fahrzeughalle: ca. 30,70 x 12,85 m, Stahltragkonstruktion, Sandwichpaneele Dach und Wand, 5 Stk. Sektionaltore, 1 Stk. Türelement, 5 Stk. Fenster Kaltlager: ca. 30,50 x 19,75 m, Stahltragkonstruktion, teilweise geschlossen mit Sandwichpaneele Dach und Wand, 2 Stk. Sektionaltore, 1 Stk. Türelement
