Description

Im Rahmen der Generalplanungsleistung für die Erstellung einer Machbarkeitsstudie der Beruflichen Schule Kreis Pinneberg in Pinneberg soll der bauliche Bestand auf seine Sanierungsbedarfe, räumliche Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und abschließend die Größenordnung von erforderlichen Neubaumaßnahmen ermittelt werden. Die Ergebnisse sind in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Schulleitung zu erarbeiten. Vorstellung der Ergebnisse vor der Politik für die weiteren Haushaltsplanungen der kommenden Jahre. Die erforderlichen Neubaumaßnahmen sollen im Kostenrahmen geschätzt werden. Erforderliche Sanierungsmaßnahmen sind darüber hinausgehend bereits bis Ende LP 3 weiter zu planen.
