Description

Die Stadt Nidda plant den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses im Ortsteil Ober-Lais. Ausgeschrieben werden die Fachplanungsleistungen Tragwerksplanung gemäß §51 HOAI, LPH 1-9 und Leistungen der Bauphysik gemäß Anlage 1.2 HOAI (Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung, Bauakustik und Raumakustik). Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise: Stufe 1 HOAI LPH 1, 2, 3, 4 und Stufe 2 HOAI LPH 5, 6. Das Raumprogramm des geplanten Neubaus umfasst eine Nettofläche von 490,00 m². Die Baukosten KG 200-400 betragen 3,12 Mio. Euro brutto, davon entfallen 2,07 Mio. Euro auf KG 300 und 0,87 Mio. Euro auf KG 400.
