Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistung ist die Durchführung der Beratung und persönlichen Unterstützung in Abhängigkeit vom persönlichen Hilfebedarf im Rahmen der Hilfen nach § 67 SGB XII im Landkreis Saalekreis. Die Gesamtleistung umfasst insgesamt 30 Plätze (ambulant). Es erfolgt eine Aufteilung der Leistung in 2 Lose. Los 1: 20 Plätze Los 2: 10 Plätze Angebote sind jeweils nur für ein Los möglich.
