Die vorliegende Leistungsbeschreibung zur VE 304 (erweiterter Rohbau) beinhaltet Bau- sowie Planungsleistungen zur Baumaßnahme Neubau Hauptamtliche Feuer- und Rettungswache in Lüdenscheid. Hierbei werden im Wesentlichen folgende Teilleistungen beschrieben: + Werkplanung und Statil des Auftragnehmers : 1 psch + Baustelleneinrichtung für eigene Leistung: 1 psch + Betrieb der Kräne für Fremdfirmen: ca. 200 d + Bodenaushub: ca. 3.235 m3 + Auffülen der Seitenräume und Zwischenräume: ca. 4.440 m3 + Streifenfundamente 50 x 80 cm bis 130 x 60 cm: 1.191 m3 + Einzelfundamente: 150 x150 x60 bis 200 x 200 x 80: 27 Stk + Bodenplatten 25-35 cm:ca. 1.719 m3 + Bodenplatte 100 cm: 52 m3 + Stahlbetonwände und wand. Träger, außen: 1348 m3 + Türöffnungen in Außenwänden aus Stahlbeton: ca. 25 Stk + Fensteröffnungen in Außenwänden: ca. 242 Stk + Stahlbetonwände und wand. Träger, innen: ca. 1944 m3 + Türöffnungen in Innenwänden aus Stahlbeton: ca. 209 Stk + Unterzüge: ca. 500 m3 + Stahlbetonattiken: ca. 133 m3 + Stahlbetonstützen innen und außen: 219 Stk + Stahlbetondecken: ca. 4300 m3 + WU Beton, Sohle: ca. 152 m2 + WU Beton Wände: ca. 504 m3 + Stb. Fertigteiltreppenläufe: 39 Stk + Stahlbetonverbundstützen: 9 Stk + Stahlbverbundträger, HEA 400: 14 t + KS Mauerwerk 24 cm: 21 m2 + KS Mauerwerk 17,5 cm: 1.204 m2 + Perimeterdämmung XPS vertikal und horizontal: ca. 5.452 m2
