Die Gemeinde Owingen beabsichtigt, eine Dienstleistungskonzession für den Betrieb eines bestehenden Wärmenetzes mit ca. 1 MW max. Wärmeleistung auszuschreiben. Die Konzession umfasst die Lieferung von ca. 1,1 GWh Wärme p.a. an 13 Gebäude; eine künftige Netzerweiterung ist möglich.
