Der Auftrag umfasst Totalunternehmerleistungen zur umfassenden Planung und Ausführung von Straßenbauarbeiten im Stadtgebiet der Stadt Herne. Erfasst sind die Straßenbereiche der Cranger Straße von der Von-der-Heydt-Straße bis zum Westring, des Westrings von der Bismarckstraße bis zur Unterführung am Bahnhof sowie der Bahnhofsvorplatz, die Funkenbergstraße und Teile der Baumstraße.
