Доставка за период от 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца на нетна активна електрическа енергия за обекти - общинска собственост /съгласно Приложение -1, към Техническата спецификация/ на възложителя, с качество и по ред, съгласно предвиденото в Закона за енергетиката и останалите нормативни актове, които уреждат обществените отношения, свързани с доставката на електрическа енергия (в т.ч. наредбите към ЗЕ, Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия (ПТЕЕ) и Правилата за измерване на количеството електрическа енергия (ПИКЕЕ).
