Le présent marché est un accord-cadre mono attributaire mixte, à bons de commande et à marché subséquent. L'accord-cadre prend effet à compter du 1er juillet 2026 et arrive à échéance le 31 décembre 2029. Il est assorti de la possibilité, pour chaque acheteur, de le dénoncer moyennant le respect d'un préavis et suivant des modalités identifiées à l'acte d'engagement. Le marché n'est pas reconductible.
