Upphandlingsmyndigheten har ett återkommande behov av fastighetskonsulter och konsulter med hyresjuridisk kompetens. Behovet varierar över tid. Upphandlingsmyndigheten har för avsikt att teckna ramavtal med en (1) leverantör som tar ett helhetsåtagande för uppdraget.
