Syfte med upphandlingen är att få till stånd ramavtal avseende löpande support och underhållstjänster för kundinformationssystemet Business For Utilities Suite (BFUS). Exempelvis support avseende användande och konfigurering av BFUS och underhåll av befintlig installation, då till exempel olika förändringar sker i omgivande system som har integrationer med BFUS.
