Försvarsmakten upprättar ett dynamiskt inköpssystem för att komplettera det interna behovet av formgjutna sulor och hörselproppar. Detta syster till att möjliggöra och förenkla för Försvarsmakten att göra avrop på artiklar som inte finns på avtal.
