B avser att upphandla en (1) leverantör med dokumenterad och bred kompetens inom teknisk fastighetsdrift, inklusive vattenrening. Uppdraget omfattar planerat och avhjälpande underhåll för LGCH och Oceana samt jour/beredskap med kapacitet att utföra akuta felavhjälpande åtgärder avseende LGCH, Oceana, Lisebergs camping Askim Strand och Lisebergsbyn.
