Umeå kommun agerar inköpscentral och upphandlar ramavtal avseende upphandlingskonsulter och upphandlingsjurister för Umeå kommun och avropsberättigade myndigheter/enheter. Avrop sker successivt under ramavtalsperioden. Eventuella frågor kommer ej att besvaras under perioden 10 juli till 14 augusti.
