Denna upphandling avser upprättande av ramavtal med tekniska konsulter avseende Bullerutredning inre och yttre miljöer samt akustik. Största delen av uppdragen kommer avse projektering av bostäder, skola eller liknande verksamheter. Både nyproduktion samt om- och tillbyggnad kommer att förekomma.
