Meddelande om frivillig förhandsinsyn avser köp av en navigerad retinallaser till ögonmottagningen, Falu lasarett. Region Dalarna har för avsikt att tilldela Micron Med Aktiebolag kontrakt avseende denna utrustning utan föregående annonsering, enligt 6 kap. 14§ punkt 2, lagen om offentlig upphandling, LOU (2016:1145).
