Upphandlingens inriktning är en enhetlig systemlösning för HR-system i syfte att effektivisera kommunens processer samt underlätta för användarna ute i kommunen. Syftet är att uppnå ett modernt HR-system som kan stödjer kommunens medarbetare i dess dagliga arbete.
