Ramavtalet omfattar uppdrag för obligatorisk funktionskontroll av ventilationssystem (OVK) enligt Boverkets byggregler inklusive kontroll av brandskyddsautomatik. Uppdrag ska utföras löpande efter avrop och avser beställarens fastighetsbestånd samt förvaltade fastigheter.
