Tierps kommun upphandlar handledning för anställda i kommunens verksamheter via dynamiskt inköpssystem. Avrop kommmmer främst att göras för individ och familjeomsorg samt utbildning. Förutom Tierps kommun kommer även Heby kommun och Älvkarleby, Knivsta och Östhammar kommun att avropa från DIS.
