Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för operationell leasing av förmånsbilar för Almi‑koncernen. Ramavtalet ska omfatta leverans av operationell leasing av personbilar, inklusive tillhörande tjänster såsom service, reparation, försäkring, däck, administration samt återlämning och avveckling av fordon vid leasingperiodens slut.
