Beställaren avser med upphandlingen att upphandla ett ramavtal för sitt fortlöpande behov av att hyra utrustning inom ljus- ljud- och bild för den verksamhet som Beställaren bedriver. Samtliga avrop kommer ske genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning (FKU) enligt LOU. Beställaren avser med upphandlingen att teckna ett ramavtal med en (1) eller flera Leverantörer.
