Description

Upphandlingen omfattar EDS och EBSD detektorer till SEM. Till RISE två SEM placerade i Mölndal behövs nya detektorer. Till det ena SEMet en ny EDS och till det andra EDS+EBSD-dektorer. Båda SEMen är inköpta under 2012. Detektorerna ska passa för analys av många olika typer av prover, såsom metaller, polymerer, fibrer, oxider och keramer.
