Upphandlingen avser samordnad elhandel för Motala kommun och Mjölby kommun med tillhörande bolag. Uppdraget omfattar fysisk elleverans, finansiell prissäkring och portföljförvaltning genom en aktiv handelsstrategi. Upphandlingen omfattar cirka 51 GWh per år fördelat på drygt 1000st elabonnemang.
