Tierps kommunkoncern och Älvkarleby kommunkoncern inrättar ett dynamiskt inköpssystem för arkitekter och landskapsarkitekter. Avrop kommer att ske successivt . För mindre uppdrag kommer det att löpande avropas ramavtal som tilldelas en leverantör i DISen för en period om sex månader till ett år. Dessa konkurrensutsätts således löpande.
