The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command Headquarters is procuring a framework agreement for paired cable materials. The products sought are empty reels for copper field paired cables, reel carrying devices, and transport racks. Detailed technical requirements are outlined in the procurement criteria and Annexes 1 and 2. The products will be used indoors and outdoors. During transport, the products will be subjected to vibration and shocks. The planned service life of the products is 5 to 10 years. Peacetime use is primarily for training purposes. This includes roughly 2 to 5 times annually for large-scale exercises and over 10 times annually for smaller exercises.
