Hankinta sisältää Ilmajoen kunnan omistamille rakennuksille vuonna 2026 suoritettavat kuntotutkimukset sekä mahdollisuudet optioihin vuosina 2027 ja 2028. Kuntotutkimuskohteet vuodelle 2026 on lueteltu tarjouspyynnössä. Tarjoajan tulee sitoutua toteuttamaan kuntotutkimukset tarjouspyynnön aikataulun mukaisesti.
