Le présent marché concerne les prestations d’APR-DLT pour l’élaboration des phases MK-AP à la mise en service des études trafic du projet UPlaNS N18 Delémont-Soyhières. Le mandat concerne les trois secteurs du projet UPlaNS (secteurs S1, S2 et S3) et concerne les prestations de gestion du trafic selon le manuel technique OFROU.
