Predmetom zákazky je uskutočnenie stavebných prác na výstavbe, rekonštrukcii a modernizácii rozvodov tepla v Bratislave – mestskej časti Vrakuňa, a to v okruhoch Železničná, Čiližská, Bebravská a Rajčianska.
