Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Implementierung, der Betrieb sowie Support einer eProcurement-Lösung (Best-of-Suite), welche aus nachfolgend genannten Modulen besteht: * Lieferantenmanagement * Ausschreibungsmanagement * Bestellabwicklung * Rechnungsabwicklung (optional - muss jedoch mitangeboten werden) * Vertragsverwaltung (ohne Funktionalität der Vertragserstellung, optional - muss jedoch mitangeboten werden)
