Etappe 1: Demontage bestehende Lüftungsanlagen Dachgeschoss und Installation neuer Zu- Abluftanlage im Dachgeschoss für sämtliche Nasszellen und Nebenräume. Etappe 2: Demontage bestehende Lüftungsanlagen Untergeschoss und ersetzen durch neue Lüftungsanlagen. Ersatz und Anpassungen von Rohr- und Kanalnetz wo nötig.
