Obiectul contractului îl reprezintă asigurarea Serviciilor de Supervizare pentru „DRUM EXPRES BACĂU – PIATRA NEAMȚ” Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este 18 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificari in a 11 a zi inaintea termenului limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde DOAR la solicitările de clarificări adresate de catre operatorii economici până la termenul limită stabilit.
