Contractul de furnizare va fi valabil pana la 31.12.2026 , cu posibilitatea prelungirii prin act aditional, cf art. 165 din HG395/2016 pentru urmatoarele 4 luni in anul 2027. Cantitatile solicitate prin prezenta procedura, sunt estimate ca fiind maxime iar Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a achizitiona cantitatea de produse in functie de necesitati, pana la cantitatea maxima.
