O procedimento causa tem por objeto a prestação de serviços de segurança e vigilância nas instalações de Águas de Gaia, EM, SA, nomeadamente na Sede da Empresa, na Estação Litoral da Aguda (ELA), nas instalações de Vila D’Este, Feiteira e Avintes, e complementarmente o atendimento telefónico durante a noite e fim-de-semana, bem como a prestação de informações de carácter geral relativas ao funcionamento dos vários departamentos de Águas de Gaia, EM, SA.
